As an Associate Director, Clinical Evaluations supporting Research and Development, you will be trusted to work on the timely production of detailed and accurate clinical evaluations and high-quality supporting documents from a remote location within the United States.
In this role, a typical day will include:

Responsibility for project information flow (resources, status of assigned activities, issues) to teams and to upper levels of management.

Interacting with other cross functional leaders to ensure accurate prioritization of programs and assign adequate resources according to agreed strategy and timelines.

Identifying issues and resource gaps for the preparation and delivery of the different documents; ensure resolution of issues including anticipation and implementation of solutions in collaboration with other Clinical Evaluation Group and Function Heads.

Ensuring adherence to internal policies and processes and to regulatory requirements.

Ensuring effective developmental training and development plans as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs).

The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.

7 Years of Validated Experience
-
Knowledge of MEDEV 2.7/1 Rev. 4, Medical Device Regulation 2017/745.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
