Our organization is seeking a highly motivated Associate Mental Health Clinician I to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for providing evidence-based mental health services to diverse youth ages 14-18. The successful candidate will conduct mental health assessments, provide individual therapy and group therapy, and consult with physicians and other team members.

New Dawn Short-term Therapeutic Residential Treatment Program is an all-boys facility; servicing youth ages 12-19. The purpose of our program is to bring our youth back into the workings of a healthy and supportive environment, by providing them with emotional support, intensive therapy, and independent living skills.

The Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) clinician works closely and collectively with the STRTP Head of Service, to ensure that the client’s treatment services are coordinated, implemented and timely met. The clinician performs a wide range of direct professional on-site treatment and field work-related duties. The clinician is a supportive team player that can work with a culturally diverse treatment team and residents. The clinician will be trauma-informed trained and culturally sensitive to the needs of all the residents including the LGBTQ+ community.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
