This position offers the opportunity to grow with a company expanding its Florida operations. We are seeking experienced applicants for this Auto Parts Cashier role in Largo Florida.

Day shift: 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Job Description:

As an Inside Sales/Cashier Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting customers with questions and parts sales. The Inside Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service to internal and external customers and generating revenue by promoting sales of new and existing company products. Provide customer service, evaluate customer needs, and answer questions regarding parts, pricing, and services.

Job Duties:

Provide relevant information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times and payment methods

Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work order, etc.)

Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.

Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customers

Advise customer on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available

Process orders – perform order entry, review orders for correct handling

Follow-up with customers as needed

Assume other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.

Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
