Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative in our BDC Call Center. This is a full time position in the service department with a competitive rate. Bi-lingual is a plus!
Job Responsibilities:
- communicate effectively with customers via phone, internet, text
- respond to customer inquiries immediately
- learn and follow the guidelines required by our processes
- schedule appointments from inbound and outbound calls
- general customer service duties as needed in a fast-paced environment
- effective follow up
- communicate and cooperate with all departments
Job Requirements:
- excellent communication/phone/email skills
- must have customer service experience
- reliable and professional demeanor
- knowledge and comfortable using a computer
- willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly
- positive attitude
- exemplary listening skills
- able to successfully multitask
- effective organization and time management skills

Required education:
- High school or equivalent
Required experience:
- Some previous customer service experience would be helpful
