14 store automotive service chain is looking for highly ethical, business management people who are results driven and will be responsible for customer interface and sales. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, communicate with professional employees effectively and meet sales and profitability goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop business to expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by supporting and motivating staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction by maintaining company's excellent service standards.
- Maintain outstanding store cleanliness and appearance.
- Sell automotive repair and maintenance services to customers.
- Resolve all concerns and issues that arise from customers.
- Source parts and services from qualified vendors.
Skills
- Proven experience as a successful automotive service retail service advisor. Including the use of point of sales systems, electronic labor guides, and electronic parts catalogs.
- Strong communication, problem solving and automotive service business organization skills required.
- Knowledge of automotive service sales practices and procedures.
- Good customer and employee communications skills including telephone, texting and emails.
