Automotive Team Leader Job at Malace HR
Malace|HR is seeking AUTOMOTIVE TEAM LEADER to work onsite at Automotive Manufacturer and Automotive Logistics center in Austin, TX. Positions will cover the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and have a starting wage of $16 to $18 per hour.
The AUTOMOTIVE TEAM LEADERS are responsible for supporting and ensuring projects are completed to the work instructions efficiently. They are to ensure the submission of all data feeding into I-Charts, Daily Summary, Time Keeping, and Packets produced are accurate and timely.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect parts as required per work instructions
- Ensure inspectors are working with appropriate PPE as required per the work location and job requirements
- Ensure paperwork is filled out correctly
- Ensure time and inspection/rework information is accurately put into MIS in a timely manner
- Ensure minimum Customer Demand rates are being achieved
- Communicate job-specific activities/results with customers required and directed by your supervisor
- Support Project Coordinator related tasks as requested
- Train Inspectors on proper time/data completion
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- MUST have some leadership experience
- MUST have a VALID Driver's License
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
