Our Bakers:
- Bake fresh bread and pastries each night. Unsold baked goods are donated to our community.
- Ensure all breads and baked goods are prepared according to Panera Breads gold standard.
- Represent Paneras cultural values daily in their role.
- Primarily work alone with minimal supervision.
- Perform other activities needed such as stocking, prep, and sanitation.

If you have/are:
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and may require driving to several locations as needed.
- 1-2 years as a baker or a bakery background preferred (6 8 weeks of training provided).
- The ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Understand and practice basic food safety.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum age 18 years.
