Up to $12.00 per hour plus tips. This is a part-time position - 30-39 hours per week.

Part time employment is available for a growing bakery, working with a team and our customers in a friendly, positive manner. Barista experience is a plus but will train the right person. You will be providing friendly assistance to our customers in a fast-paced bakery atmosphere.

Looking for applicants with a positive attitude, good communication and listening skills, able to multitask, and hard working applicants that are willing to learn new skill sets that can work well independently.

Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our customers and other co-workers. Must be able to work and communicate well with needs of our team.

Must be detail oriented. Must have a desire to learn new skills in a busy bakery setting in Lancaster City.

Close proximity to Ephrata, Leola, New Holland and Lancaster. Convenient bus stop at location.
