Pressed Cafe Chelmsford is quick service cafe, opening this Janyary. We are looking for a full-time barista who values teamwork and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job title: Barista/Smoothie Maker

Results to be achieved by this Barista/Smoothie Maker position:

• Accurately make drinks in a timely manner (2-3 minute drink times)
• Ability to make smoothies (in conjunction with the Barista station)
• Ability to keep the barista/surrounding areas clean and organized
• Exhibit friendly and high-quality service to customers
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room
• Be able to answer all frequently asked questions
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Work closely with other team members to achieve Good Food, Good Coffee and Good Service!

Qualifications necessary for the Barista/Smoothie Maker position:

• Barista experience in a quick-service restaurant is preferable
• Proven management skills with exemplary organizational, time management, communication and customer service skills
• Schedule flexibility with weekend availability
• Driver's license preferable but not necessary

Hours available for the Barista/Smoothie Maker position:

• Open availability is required for this position
• Morning shifts: 4:30 am-2:30 pm
• Afternoon shifts: 7 am-5 pm
• Night shifts: 2 pm-10:30 pm
