Bartender Job at GCC Pizza Bar & Grill
-Pour precisely measured drinks for guests.
-Handling cash and being responsible for cash register. (you will be responsible for any discrepansies between your sales and the cash in your drawer)
-Upselling drinks and being aware of all specials. It will be very important to know the bar world and knowing about liquors and beers.
-Stocking liquor deliveries and keeping stock organized.
-Keeping bar area clean. There will be opening/closing work every shift
-Prepping bar food items (limes, lemons, olives, etc.) proper knife skills and food handling are required.
-Checking ID's, understanding how to prevent over-serving
-Understanding how to utilize the POS system
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $5.00 - $6.00 per hour
