Bartender Job at The Mill
The historic Mill At Puppy Creek is looking for professional bartenders to help elevate our customer's drinking and dining experience. We are looking to increase our "mixology" service with specialty drinks and cocktails. If you fit the following description, please stop by (no appointment needed) for an interview between 11:00 and 3:00 Wednesday thru Sunday, ask for Karen or Brenda. While the pay is listed as 5.00 - 7.25 per hour, our bartenders are making over $30 per hour with tips.
Duties include but not limited to:
Bartend & work with servers to provide exceptional customer service to guests within the bar and restaurant
Maintain bar area stocked and clean. Display a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Able to know and promote bar items, all food menu items
Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits. Serve & deliver genuine, exceptional service to our dining guests.
Be able to provide professional and friendly drinking and dining experience to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
Must be able to work various shifts, weekends and holidays. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player attitude.
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
Qualifications:
Have a minimum of 1 year serving/bartending experience in a similar food and beverage environment.
Have excellent bartending skills and knowledge
Display high initiative, be self-motivated, and require minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills in English reading, written and spoken.
