Bilingual Human Resources Admin Assistant


CCS Facility Services is a large provider of facility services. CCS is seeking a quality bilingual Human Resources Administrative Assistant to add to our team.

Under the direction of the Human Resource Manager, this Human Resources Administrative Assistant will provide a high level of administrative support that will require confidentiality, initiative, sound decision-making and the ability to escalate problems when seen fit. The successful candidate will possess structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy and flexibility to a high-paced deadline driven organization.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Job Duties:

  • Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Compile and/or integrate information needed to complete reports and documents
  • Complete Employee Benefit Audits
  • Review documents to ensure accuracy and quality, and revise as needed
  • Independently perform varied administrative duties
  • Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes as assigned.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports.
  • Work independently and effectively in the absence of supervision.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
  • Provides the highest level of customer service & support and finds the best solutions to resolve day-to-day problems and issues.
  • Assist in editing spreadsheets and presentations including printing and binding for client meetings
  • Filing as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Experience supporting multiple executives within a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel\Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and grammar skills
  • Must have a polished demeanor and be comfortable working with people at all levels


Compensation:

  • $20 – 23 an hour
  • PTO
