Bilingual Payroll Specialist Job at Integrity Staffing, Inc.
We are a busy furniture manufacturing company located in Canby and we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to assist in all activities regarding the management of employee compensation in the company and assisting the Human Resources department with complex and specialized administrative tasks. This is a part-time or full-time position working 30-40 hours per week.
You will undertake a variety of tasks such as entering payroll information, calculating wages, and making payments. An excellent payroll clerk has a great understanding of the concept of confidentiality. You will be experienced in entering data with attention to detail and will have good math skills to make the necessary calculations. The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional with good communication abilities. The goal is to carry out all payroll procedures with speed and accuracy.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with ADP payroll
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, stay focus on the project at hand and follow direction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Three years of office administrative experience preferred, and one year of payroll experience highly preferred. Willing to train the right candidate.
- Computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
