Your Employment Solutions, an award-winning leader in the Utah staffing industry, is currently hiring a bilingual front desk receptionist to work in with us in our West Valley City, Utah office. We are Utah's best of state staffing agency and 5x winners of one of the best places to work in Utah!
The successful candidate for our receptionist position will have outstanding people skills, excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, be organized, reliable, hard-working, and assertive.
RECEPTIONIST JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the YES receptionist you will be responsible for greeting employees, clients, and new job applicants at the front desk, answering phone calls, managing applications, and performing other office duties as required. You will need to constantly delegate, assign interviews, and have good multi-tasking skills as the office can get busy!
This is a long-term position with a growing company offering an excellent benefits package, an all-star work atmosphere, and the opportunity to learn, grow, and serve.
RECEPTIONIST JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
- Outstanding people skills
- Positive, outgoing can-do attitude!
- Experience using Microsoft Office products: Word and Excel
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced office
- Pass a background test and drug screen
WAGE: $18.00/hr + Full Benefits
SHIFT: Full-time | 8:30AM to 5:00PM | Monday to Friday.
