Job description
Health and Behavioral Dimensions Inc. has a full-time opportunity at our Intensive Behavioral group homes for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Be a part of our Person Centered Team, working with individuals (teenagers and adults) with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviors.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting functional assessments
- Developing Behavior Analysis Service Plans
- Provides techniques and modeling of behavior intervention to support staff
- Graphically displays, monitors, and analyzes data
- Completes monthly, annual and other reports as required
- Provides competency-based staff training and other related activities
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) candidate
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (depending on certification level) in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology or related discipline
- At least 1-2 year experience working with persons with Intellectual Disabilities and challenging behaviors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Some supervisory experience is valuable
