As a Breakfast Host/Hostess, you would be responsible for providing an amazing guest experience during the morning breakfast hours. You would play a big role in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Set up of breakfast
- Restocking and cooking breakfast items
- Guest interaction throughout the morning
- Clean lobby, breakfast, pantry, and kitchen
- Deep cleaning and weekly cleaning assignments
- Safe food handling and preparation
- Maintaining proper food inventories and control food costs
Qualifications:
- Earlier riser (5:00am – 11am)
- Available weekends
- Enjoys guest interaction
- Friendly and outgoing
