Review schedule 3 days ahead to ensure prior studies for all diagnostics and ultrasounds are in PACs
-
Obtain reports from outside facilities electronically for screening and diagnostic appts
-
Upload imaging results from outside facilities to EMR
-
Send UCBC Breast imaging out to other facilities as requested
-
Contact and schedule all callback patients
-
Send out follow up and result letters
-
Schedule patients that call re follow up exams that are due
-
Obtain all pathology reports
-
Enter all appropriate data into mammo reporting system and generate reports as requested
-
Monitor next day schedule to back fill any cancellations when possible
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess the following:
-
2 or more years medical experience necessary (no exceptions)
-
Proficient in the English language
-
Excellent computer skills a must
-
Ability to work independently and as a team
