Who will I be working with? You will be working alongside military, Government civilians, and other Government contractors. You will be supporting the USAF at Hickam AFB.

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

What will I be doing? Using your experience and expertise in budget and resource analysis, you will perform and conduct data collection and analysis, including business case analysis, AoA’s, cost-benefit analysis, financial impact analysis, budget planning, expenditure tracking and reconciliation, cost allocation, and cost recovery. In addition, you will:

• Analyze multiple data sources to generate strategic fiscal planning reports
• Operate and improve existing tools and models
• Build new financial models to analyze and reconcile program data plus forecast over the Fiscal Year Defense Program (FYDP)
• Develop program reports and recommendations for improvements regarding the overall budget and execution process and strategic reporting capabilities
• Prepare briefings and reports to summarize estimates, findings, cost-benefit analysis and recommend best course of action
• Identify and define requirements and resources for Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process to meet strategic goals
• Identify future needs and match those needs with corresponding fund types for resourcing in the areas of: manpower, IT, travel, training and annual supply needs
• Document and maintain requirements and associated information
• Other duties as assigned
