The position is for an IT Business Development Manager- FULL TIME.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of experience.
• Must be a self-driven, intelligent, individual contributor.
• Experience in solution selling capability to IT services is a must.
• Experience in either Banking/Healthcare/Manufacturing is a must.
• Experience in selling Midlevel and Large level logos in the US region.
• Experience in winning IT services MSA.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Run demos and diagnostic meetings to generate new business.
• Must be able to work creatively and independently and possess excellent organizational, writing and project management skills, with the ability to focus on priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Establish trusted client relationships.
• Identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term business strategies that provide the business an opportunity to grow revenue.
• Participates in business planning activities.
• Establishes and measures progress with the Operations’ priorities and annual operating plan targets for qualified pipeline growth, win rates, submits and awards.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of the Operations’ strategy based on market research and corporate direction.
• Develops and supports strategic partnerships with industry leaders, driving innovation and new business opportunities.
