- Minimum 3-7 years of work experience.
- Must have financial industry experience.
- High frequency and low latency experience developing trading platforms for prop trading firm
- Be detail oriented.
- Solid C++ and Linux knowledge
- 3+ years experience with modern C++.
- Be organized and self-directed, able to manage your own workload and provide reasonable estimates for completion.
- Have great analytical and problem solving skills.
- Have great communication skills, able to convey design decisions in both technical and laymans terms.
- Be up to date with modern C++ standards, with knowledge of STL.
- Some exposure to Boost and SQL.
- Knowledge of multi-threaded application development concepts.
- Be detail oriented.
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Have ability to prioritize and complete projects on a timely basis.
- Strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
