Tinker Federal Credit Union's Member Service Center department accepts job applications for Call Center Representative I positions on an ongoing basis. These job applications are active for sixty (60) days from the date they were submitted per the electronic signature. As a Call Center Representative I, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Assist members on the telephone
  • Perform non-cash teller transactions
  • Provide technical expertise enabling the successful utilization of TFCU's digital products and services with an emphasis on driving self-service options for the membership

Salary Range:
The starting pay is $21.09/hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience:
You must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related area.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred!

  • High volume call center/customer service experience
  • Ability to actively promote TFCU's full line of financial services
