We have an immediate need to hire 6-9 Call Center Reps - APPLY TODAY! Position is located in Mukwonago and is not a remote position. This position requires a minimum of 6 weeks training at the call center in Mukwonago. You will be required to attend all training at the call center location. This position is not 100% remote from day one.

Position Details: The Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling the company's products and services to potential new clients using telephone, text, email, and other digital mediums. They influence clients to buy by following a prepared sales talk, product information and price quotations. They are also responsible for accurate and efficient data entry.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company in a professional & ethical manner consistent with the company's integrity and values.
  • Conduct outbound calls to sell the company's products and services.
  • Answer return calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments and other inquiries.
  • Inform and educate customers of the products and services the company provides.
  • Track all leads & sales; Produce reports as needed.
  • Accurate, dependable, and consistent data entry.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all finance, rebate, reward, and promotional programs.
  • Swiftly and professionally resolve client concerns. Escalate as needed.
  • Participate in lead generating company events & trade shows.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • No sales experience necessary! Must be confident and persuasive.
  • Expert customer service skills.
  • Excellent objection handling skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and self-managing skills.
  • Strong aptitude for using technology (computers, software, and apps).
