Join our expanding team as a 2pm to 10pm Cannabis Processing Technician at our revolutionary indoor grow facility in Bernardston, MA.

This role is responsible for: Defoliating cut plants, processing dried plants; deboning, trimming, preparing product for packaging, cleaning and sanitizing work areas while keeping a clean work environment.

This position requires a lot of physical activity, bending, twisting, reaching, standing for up to 8 hours per shift, or sitting for 8 hours per shift. We are required to uphold compliance, safety, and Cannabis Control Commission regulations and more!

Prior experience in the medical or recreational cannabis industry is not required but preferred. We are willing to train motivated, reliable individuals who show capacity for learning the job.

Minimum qualifications: must be a minimum of 21 years old, must undergo a criminal background check and meet state regulatory standards, available to work weekends and off cycle hours as needed, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, general lifting is in the 10 pound range. Hand eye coordination and ability to safely use hand tools/trimming equipment is an essential function of this position.
