Responsibilities
- Making sure schedules are properly planned and shifts are assigned in an orderly fashion, orienting care staff in general and to specific details of client's care plans, updating families of agency plans for care and assigned caregivers, assisting in recruiting and onboarding efforts, providing support to other operations team members, be part of the on-call team rotation and whatever else may be required to ensure quality care for our clients.
Qualifications
Prior experience in scheduling for home care agencies, assisted living facilities or skilled nursing facilities, customer service experience, good communication skills. team player and positive attitude.
