Fieldstone Bainbridge is located 10 minutes past the Clearwater Casino with easy access to Downtown and private access to Manitou Beach. This is a new facility with experienced leaders. Top-of-the-line technology to make your work experience more enjoyable. Employees will receive shift meals at no charge in addition there be an array of healthy snacks and drinks with a fully stocked coffee bar.

POSITION SUMMARY
Caregivers and CNAs provide compassionate individualized nursing care to residents while supporting them in maintaining a high quality of life.

· Assists the Director of Nursing Services or other care planning staff by providing specific information, changes, and observations for the resident's needs and preferences.

· Follows care plans attending to residents' needs for their daily activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and transfers.

· Communicates and builds relationships with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.

· Attends and participates in required meetings and workplace training to build a better team.

· Performs other tasks/duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

· Current WA State CNA/HCA license in good standing or willing to attend FREE On-Site HCA Program

· Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

· Pass a Criminal Background and fingerprint check.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.75 - $20.50 per hour
