Trillium Construction is seeking Carpenters, Carpenter Helpers and Laborers in Green Bay & Throughout Northeast WI!!
$5000 sign on bonus. Paid out quarterly over the first year. Must work a minimum of 450/hours per quarter to be eligible (Roughly 38 hours per week average).
Work will take place in new construction and remodels in commercial settings. Carpenters and laborers must have skills in performing rough carpentry such as stick framing walls and support structures, installing decks, building, and setting trusses, install door/window frames, cut materials, demo and materials handling. Finish and trim experience is not required but will be considered as well but rough will be most of the work taking place.
Work schedule is Monday - Friday, fulltime, first shift, 40+ hours. Pay is $18-$28, DOE.

- Must have a minimum of 6+ months to be considered for carpentry laborer work, 1+ year of rough framing experience is preferred
- If being considered for traveling, highly preferred in experience with traveling
- Able to work from heights
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must be able to read tape measure and accurately cut materials
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs routinely
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day
- Required tools for the trade
- Experience with power tools and safe practices
