CAT Team Leader

Location: Trenton/Tri-County

Rate Of Pay: $57,200 | Exempt - Depending on education, experience and/or qualifications

Position Summary:

This is a highly professional position responsible for the clinical and administrative supervision of the team. The Team Leader will supervise and coordinate service delivery, including program planning, administration, implementation, development, and evaluation of Team members. This program and position is a home based community program and will require some work in the community/home and work hours after 5 pm or on weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Licensed Mental Health professional (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) with at least 3 years' experience working with people who have substance use and/or co-occurring disorders and a background in family systems therapy is preferred. Florida licensed in one of the mental health disciplines with experience working with co-occurring disorders strongly preferred. A Certified Addictions Professional with a Master's degree and five years of experience or Master's degree level in social work, counseling, psychology or closely related field with five years' experience with target population will be considered. The applicant must have excellent understanding of the CAT model. Experience with Excel needed.

Driver Requirement:

Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements.

In order to qualify as a Center Driver, the candidate must at least 21 years of age and have an active Florida Driver's license. Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed for eligibility. No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents within the past 3 years and no major violations during the past 5 years. Drivers over 65 years old must provide a current doctor's note stating they have no driving limitations.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Direct the day-to-day clinical operations of the Community Action Team program and team.

Supervise and coordinate service delivery.

Supervise professional and paraprofessional staff and staff activities and perform related supervisory duties.

Participate in the hiring, performance appraisal, and discipline of staff under his/her supervision.

Monitor progress toward program goals and objectives.

Monitor records and documentation required for the daily operations of the facility and programs.

Provide crisis intervention services for clients as needed.

Ensure that staff meets training standards and maintains compliance with all training requirements.

Supervise Electronic Medical Records management.

Carry out and document quality-assurance activities.

Develop and maintain program policies and procedures.

Initiate and maintain relationships and act as a liaison within program and community.
