JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Driver Transport
Location: Williams Corporate office- Sayre
Reports to: Field Operations Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct a pre-trip inspection of the truck being used each day.
- Gather paperwork from mailbox
- Gather load tickets at the beginning of each day.
- Responsible for delivering gas, kerosene and diesel to customer accounts.
- Responsible for measuring fuel tanks with a measuring stick to determine whether or not fuel is needed.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education and Training Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience Requirements:
- One year driving experience preferred, but not required.
Special Requirements:
- Valid and clean class A CDL required.
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred - Willing to help the right candidate get certified.
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- Required to drive in tight spaces.
- Must maintain professional appearance and conduct in representing the department and the organization to management, employees, and the public.
- May be required to work holidays, weekends, overtime, or during hours other than those, which are considered as the normal work schedule.
Physical Demands:
- Requires bending, reaching, climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds of weight.
- Intermittent sitting and walking.
- Requires visual acuity, good hearing and speech.
- Required to travel every workday.
