Job Role: Celonis Consultant

Location: Wilmington, DE
Position: 6+ Months Contract

Client: TCS/ DuPont

Must-Have Skills:

· Experience – Minimum 12+ years within RTR and Handled large multi process multi Geo Finance operations
· Bachelor's / Master’s degree preferably in MBA Finance, CA Or ICWA Extensive experience in handled large accounts

· Strong domain knowledge in key areas of RTR – Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation Statement, Month end Close, Fixed Asset.

· Exposure / experience in Quality, Analytics, Metrics design,

· Benchmarking and Consulting will be preferred

· Cross-industry and cross-functional experience preferred

· Domain Certifications (Finance ) as well as Specialized Skill

· Certifications (Agile, and Lean/Six Sigma etc.) are preferred.

· User experience in SAP/Oracle /Month close applications (BPC, GCAP etc) and Legacy ERPs.

· Past experience in analytics and process visualization

· Basic knowledge of SQL

· Digital Analytical Tools knowledge (Process Mining, Data Analyst, Power BI).

· Proficient in Microsoft Office – PPT, Excel, Word.

· Self-starter and ability to work independently and drive results with an eye for detail.

· Project Management & Analytical skills.

· Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills

· Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

· Accountable for driving Celonis led Transformation programs within set timelines.

· Responsible for reviewing, guiding and enriching the output of Celonis Analysis drawing on deep domain knowledge in RTR.

· Coordinate with Customer for deliverable review and approval process

· Work closely with Customer to understand current landscape, infrastructure and business challenges to arrive at key areas for Celonis analysis to focus upon.

· Work with Project / Program Leaders and the customer to optimize the quality of project output.

· Accountable for driving efficiency and value creation across the span of operations and collaborating with Delivery Excellence and other support teams to provide technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident & problem resolutions.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: On the road
