Salary Range

Dependent upon qualifications and FTE status:


Full-time: $105,329.31 - $168,526.90
Part-time: $52,664.66 - $84,263.45

Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, medication management, and ongoing management of patient caseload. Develops & sustains productive client relationships. Also works collaboratively with programs and staff across the agency. This position includes after hours on-call services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota.
  • Licensed to dispense and prescribe controlled and legend drugs and other controlled substances.
  • Eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two or more years' experience in behavioral health setting.
  • Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
