Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a client in Plymouth, IN that is an innovative provider of behavior analysis and speech therapy for children 18 months to school age with autism is seeking individuals for an entry level position within the company for direct hire. Ideal candidates would be positive, caring, optimistic and desire to make a difference in the lives of others. As a Behavior Technician you will spend your day doing meaningful work and helping children with autism learn and grow!

Behavior Technician Job Summary:

• $16.00 - $20.00/hr - The higher pay is for experienced, bachelor’s degree, RBT certified candidates.
• $500 Sign On Bonus - ($250 at 30 days and $250 at 90 days)
• Full Time - Monday - Friday - Guaranteed 40+ Hours (Days)
• Actively work with kids (18 months to school age) with autism in a center-based approach
• Implement principles of ABA therapy to help children one-on-one, in a team setting, to reach their goals
• Implement custom therapy programs to meet the unique treatment needs of each child
• Provide early intervention therapy to help children develop mentally, physically, emotionally, and vocationally through the provision of appropriate individualized programming and education
• Help children to progress in educational settings, social settings, and look to prepare children to eventually transition back to school
• Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to every child’s success

Behavior Technician Qualifications:

• Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs.
• Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area.
• Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
• Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
• Full range of motion of hands and arms.
• Sitting on floor and chair for long periods of time.
• Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
• Reliable transportation/Valid Driver's License
• Important Note: Safety is a priority. You will undergo a background and drug test (including THC) at the time of hire
