Our Great Neck, NY team has an exceptional opportunity for a Client Service Associate. This individual will be focused on onboarding and servicing our high-net-worth clients. We are looking for someone with a high level of professionalism and knowledge to enhance our relationships with our clients who have complex service and investment needs. This is a collaborative, team-oriented environment offering a hybrid/remote work schedule (3 days in office/2 remote; after appropriate training.)
The salary target for this role is $ 65,000.00 – 75,000; plus bonus. This position is eligible for an annual team bonus.

When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions
Operational Support to Financial Advisors & Their Clients
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to questions and requests for operational support
  • Prioritize daily work, track progress of projects and deadlines, answer phones, take messages and schedule client appointments.
  • Process account maintenance, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc.
  • Understand client requests, determine what needs to be done, and communicate to the advisor or handle issue resolution
  • Assist with marketing efforts and plan client events
  • Demonstrate initiative and desire to increase knowledge of rules, regulations and concept.
New Client Onboarding
  • Ensures accurate completion of new client paperwork and account set-up
  • Follow up on funds transfer from surrendering company
  • Maintains (CRM) database and client files
  • Research and follow up on any issues with the WEG Operations, vendors or custodians
Industry/Company Knowledge
  • Operate within strict Compliance Procedures and Guidelines
  • Act with integrity and respect in all situations
  • Demonstrate initiative and desire to increase knowledge of rules, regulations and concepts
Education/Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 0 - 5 years of financial industry experience; Sr. level 5 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of financial administrative processes and financial terms
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & preferred familiarity with Salesforce
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks to completion with little to no supervision
  • Demonstrate strong accuracy and thoroughness in all facets of daily work & possess superb organizational skills
  • Operate independently as well as a member of the team
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
