Job Summary:
The Client Success Specialist (CSS) prospects for new clients, cultivates client relationships, sets client appointments, and manages all leads within the contact management databases. Inbound/Outbound calls are made/taken each day to reach/speak with potential clients, obtain the necessary information to qualify them for an appointment with our lending partner or agents. The CSS member conducts lead follow up and nurtures leads until appointments are set.
CSS Responsibilities:
- Every call attempt, will be followed with a voicemail, text and email
- All calls attempts (inbound and outbound) will be documented in the CRM databases
- Respond to inbound leads from all Laughton lead sources - every connected call to be followed by a thank you text and email
- Input/manage client and lead databases
- Conduct lead follow up and nurture leads until appointments are set
- Daily Monitoring of ISA/CSS Email - every 15 minutes throughout a shift
- Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts
- Attend training/coaching sessions and establish daily role-play partners
- Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport
- Partner with production agents to ensure delivery of our standard quality of service
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks
- Track monthly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Equipment Requirements:
- Zoom platform utilization for 100% of calls
- Utilization of the noise canceling headsets - Company Issued

Required Skills:
- Comfortable spending 80-90% of time on the phone
- Must value his/her commitments, have a strong work ethic and desire results and success
- Must have a strong sense of urgency, following through on deadlines and consistently meeting job standards
- Must value communication and have the desire to provide high levels of customer service and relationship building
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Excellent phone skills- strong closer to set appointments
- Highly-organized, systematic and detail-oriented
- Must be proficient with computers and be able to effectively work with spreadsheets and able to multitask
Qualifications:
- Active RE license NOT required
- 1-2 years ISA/Call experience or RE experience preferred
- Must have superior phone skills
Bonus Structure / Minimum Standards: Bonus structures are reviewed and updated every 3 months, if applicable.
- Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources by conducting a minimum of 8 outbound calls per hour.
- Minimum of 50 appointments set per month
- Minimum of 4 homes closed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,700.00 - $40,000.00 per year
