BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
- Personable and friendly people skills a must
- Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
- Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
- Verify patient insurance and payment information
- Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
- Medical office and EMR experience a plus
- Must possess proficient computer and office equipment skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality required
QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or equivalent
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Possibility of working one evening/week.
