HealthCare Recruiters International is currently hiring a clinical supervisor with BCBA experience in Altoona, IA. The Clinic Director is responsible for setting direction, overseeing and maintaining all aspects of the children’s clinical and community service lines of the assigned clinic in a geographical area as assigned.

· The Clinical Supervisor will Ensure that the health and safety needs of the person(s) served are met.

· The Clinical Supervisor will Develop and maintain a positive relationship with individual(s) served and co-workers to promote and deliver successful outcomes for children with Autism.

· The Clinical Supervisor will Lead in developing, and monitoring all personalized programs, autism specific strategies and innovative solutions in order to generate successful outcomes.

· The Clinical Supervisor will Focus every day on supporting people with autism as they gain higher levels of independence, including skills related to hygiene, personal care, building social relationships and networks, communication, and community involvement as needed.

· The Clinical Supervisor will serve as a contact for family/guardians and outside agency communications, providing follow-up to concerns in a timely manner and keeping an ongoing record of all such contacts to promote open communications and dialog

Qualifications for Clinical Supervisor BCBA or BCaBA:

· Current driver’s license in good standing; Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) required.
