Overview:
Summary
The Cloud Services Executive is focused on achieving exponential growth for our Business Applications and Cloud Services portfolio. The position will focus on the development of go-to-market plans, pipeline development strategies and bookings growth within assigned region(s). The Cloud Services Executives role is designed to work closely with our Field, Practice, and Services team members along with our Cloud OEM partners to drive sales. Areas of focus include but are not limited to: business development, customer positioning, execution, region based OEM partner strategic relationships and sales of our Business Application Development Services, Cloud Services, including Advisory, Professional, Managed Services and Cloud resell portfolio offers.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
  • Partners closely with Field RVPs, Sales Directors, NAMs and SA’s to build in region pipeline, lead qualified deals and close sales
  • Develops sales programs to drive Business Application and Cloud Services pipeline in assigned region(s)
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customers at the executive level/Economic Buyers, leveraging highly effective communication skills
  • Ensures strong, effective market share of the products and services by providing direction and information on the products and related services
  • Develops and maintains technical competency in all Business Applications and Cloud Services related offers through ConvergeOne
  • Analyzes sales records and trends in relation to objectives and competitive activities; takes or recommends necessary corrective action to Director Sales, Bus. Apps and Cloud Services
  • Develops a Business Plan for area of responsibility that is consistent with short-range and long-range company objectives
  • Prepares sales forecasts projections on a monthly basis
  • Keeps Director Sales, Bus. Apps and Cloud Services informed of economic, customer/competition situations, customer’s business issues and interests, and generate a strategy that will achieve business objectives
  • Uses partnership programs to support winning customer engagements
  • Maximizes success of our offers through constant customer feedback
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems/complaints
  • Keeps well informed and educates team on industry changes, participates where possible in organizations directly involved with our primary markets, and continually works to improve sales techniques and sales knowledge
  • Keeps advised on company policies, procedures, and objectives, clarifying them with Director Sales, Bus. Apps and Cloud Svcs when and if questions arise, and is always prepared to accurately discuss these policies to our customers
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or Engineering preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience inclusive of Business Application and Cloud Services sales
  • Proven communication and sales experience in Business Application and Cloud Services sales
  • Broad understanding of the Complex Solution Services design and selling
  • Powerful negotiation and persuasive skills coupled with good analytical ability
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills with ability to help clients identity current /future needs
  • Creative visionary adept at offering hybrid cloud solutions that are competitive in the marketplace
  • Strong work ethic with commitment to ‘start with Yes’ mentality
  • Credible communicator with successful interactions at all audience levels
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, best practices, and ability to maximize our portfolio
  • Strong working relationships with multiple Cloud OEMs

Pay Range
$90,000 - $125,000
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to
base pay.
