CNA/HHA/Caregiver Job at Helpful Hands Companion Services
We are currently seeking an experienced Home Health Aide to provide care to patients with a variety of needs. The right candidate will be responsible for providing emotional, physical and social support to patients by assisting them with personal care and household tasks. The ideal Home Health Aide will have experience in a hospital or long-term care environment, enjoy working with people of all ages and possess strong time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Medicate patients according to doctors instructions.
- Give patients physical and occupational therapy.
- Be responsible for cleaning, laundry, and other household chores.
- Monitor patient's progress and report to doctor's office.
- Track patient's medical information by computer.
- Know medical terminology.
- Be friendly and helpful toward patients and their families.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
