Friendship Village is seeking full-time, part-time and PRN CNA's and LNA's.

Pay: $18.35 to 20.10/hr, based on experience

Schedule: 12 hour shifts

DAY - 6:00am-6:30pm

NOC - 6:00pm-6:30am

PRN - Currently only hiring NOC shift

Our staffing ratio is 1 CNA/LNA per 8 to 10 residents.

Summary:

• Assist in the provision of resident care by performing non-licensed nursing duties under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse or licensed practical nurse, following established policies and procedures.
• Even though the licensed nurse remains responsible for those duties they delegate to the nursing assistant, the nursing assistant is also liable for their own actions.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Currently certified/licensed nursing assistant by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
• Must be willing to become a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) within the first 90 days of employment.
• Maintain Healthcare Provider CPR certification and First Aid training.
• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
• Experience in a hospital or long term care preferred.
