This is a shop with a mix of manual machines, CNC lathes and mill. We are looking for someone to work closely with the facility manager to include programming, running the machines, and helping other team members learn from you.

Over the last nine years we have built a great foundation for a machine shop that quickly delivers high-quality, short-run parts. We have combined new CNC equipment with old school machines to deliver a unique product offering to a stable and specialized market place. Job Summary for a CNC Programmer candidate:

We are looking to hire an experienced CNC programmer to program, operate and assist in expanding our capabilities.

We currently have 2 CNC Okuma lathes (Crown L1060-762E & ES-L10), 1 DMG/Mori Duran Turn 2050 CNC lathe and 1 DMC 1035 V Ecoline CNC Mill.

We are looking for a candidate who embraces change, utilizes strengths and is excited about becoming part of a premier global brand.

The person who is the right fit for the position must be able to see the vision for the future for the business.

Job Requirements:

• Five+ years CNC programming and set-up.
• CNC Lathe preferred but not required (Okuma & Mori-Seiki 2 Axis).
• CNC Mill preferred by not required (Mori Seiki).
• Knowledge of CNC tooling; inserts, holders, etc.
• Programming experience.
• Fanuc Controller Programming (2-5 years’ experience)
• Proven experience finding and editing program errors
• Type of work activities – Turning, Threading, Cut/Chamfer
• Able to work with a GREAT team of guys – the best! Cultural fit is a must.
• This person should be hungry to help this shop grow and be proud to own its success
