The secret recipe for smooth and creamy ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store and then customized by combining a variety of mix-ins on the frozen granite stone.
Here at Cold Stone Creamery South Florida -We opened our first Cold Stone Creamery in 2003 and our 5th in 2009. Each of our family members is responsible for a unique functional area (operations, finance, marketing and PR) but we all work very hard to ensure that we bring our customers the “Ultimate Ice Cream Experience”.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Offer top-notch customer service in a FUN and FAST-PACED environment
• Manage employees - Hire, train, motivate, and schedule
• Oversee & run our catering services
• Ordering/Receiving product and supplies
• Maintain adequate levels of prepared product
• Verify daily deposits
• Submit payroll
• Handle customer complaints and store emergencies
• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Maintain a clean, organized store
• Manage food cost, labor cost supplies expense & cash control

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU

• Meet the minimum qualifications - At least 1-year of food service leadership experience
• Lead other - You have experience hiring, managing, and motivating a team
• Are willing to learn - You will take on all aspects of Quick Service Restaurant Management including but not limited to inventory, purchasing, labor, and operations management
• Are tech Savvy - Computer, POS, and cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel)
• Are Punctual - You have your own transportation and ability to work on the Miami Lakes store
• Meet the physical demands - You have the ability to work up to 10 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs and is able to clearly communicate with our customers
