Collections Analyst Job at Premier Home Healthcare Services Inc
Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity for a Collections Analyst in our White Plains office.
Key Functions include:
- Weekly review and identification of all past due accounts.
- Place phone calls to assigned accounts for payment of past due invoices.
- Review cash on account to try and reconcile payments to open invoices.
- Handle inquiries from internal and external areas pertaining to the collection of assigned accounts.
- Enter clear and concise collection notes into the A/R Tracking System to enable the Director to review all collection notes, history of collection efforts and preparing for weekly update to Senior Management.
- Meet with Director of Reimbursement, A/R Supervisor and Billing Manager to review problem accounts and determine next steps to resolve outstanding issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School graduate or equivalent (GED). Some college preferred.
- Two years experience in Billings/Collection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use computerized systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Proof of COVID vaccination required upon hire.
