Work schedules range from 8am-7pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 8am-noon. Schedules are subject to change and candidates must be flexible/available between the department hours of 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 8am-noon.

As a Collector, Early Stage, you will be responsible for the following:
- Identify the member's financial neewd and recommend an appropriate Credit Union solution
- Guide and assist members in the resolution of defaulted consumer loans
- Make contact and establish open lines of communication with members in the early stage of delinquency (29 days or less past due)
Salary Range:
The starting pay is $21.09/hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience:
You must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Keys to success:
In order to be successful as a Collector, Early Stage, you must possess these qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of FCRA, laws, regualtions and procedures of the collection process
- Basic knowledge of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 of the US Bankruptcy Code
- Basic knowledge of court and legal procedures and documentation
