Commissioning Specialist staff with building commissioning experience. Seeking 5+ years’ experience with general and specialty knowledge of Systems/Divisions.

BS or PE is a bonus.

Commissioning Projects and Roles are very rewarding, but also very demanding. Communication, Planning, Review, and Organization are critical skills. Developing Technical Manuals and Process Documentation are a requirement on every project.

Seeking Senior/Junior Specialists as well as Project Managers. Roles for home-office, single-site, or multi-site locations throughout USA. Roles for occasional and/or consistent travel. Roles for software/hardware/process Specialists as well as Field/Test specialists.

May perform at Federal/Military/Sensitive sites requiring backgrounds & certifications.

Seeking Team Members with diverse Specialties, Locations, and Industry Experience.

Seeking full-time, part-time, or 1099 positions. Locations & Experience needs may vary.

Various openings depending on Specialty/Experience…Capable of: managing or maintaining the commissioning process, client & design/construction team relationships, corporate procedures & safety, client & agency standards, integrating technical & field staff, design phase services, construction phase services, & developing technical documentation.

· 019100 Commissioning; IBC/ASHRAE/Organization Knowledge/Certification

· Building Rating Systems: GBI/GGP/GPCP; USGBC/LEED, DOE/EnergyStar

Division 07 – Building Thermal & Moisture Protection; AIA or Thermography bonus

Division 08 – Building Openings

Division 11 – Equipment; Medical EQ, Process EQ

Division 21 – Fire Protection; Certified NFPA//NICET bonus

Division 22 – Plumbing, Medical Air/Gas/Vacuum; Certified ####/NFPA bonus

Division 23 – TAB/HVAC, Certified #### bonus

Division 23 – DDC/Controls/Building Automation Systems

Division 25 – Network/Cybersecurity, PLC/SCADA/HMI, Integrated Automation

Division 26 – Electrical Generation/Distribution, Utility; Certified #### bonus
