The Breakers Palm Beach is looking for a confident, self-motivated individual who is able to work in a fast-paced, creative environment as the Manager - Communications. In this newly established position, the applicant will be tasked with producing high-quality, innovative content for social media and other digital marketing platforms, aimed to engage and recruit new, top talent.

**Hybrid position - candidate must be able to commute to office 2-3 days per week**

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Employment and Recruiting team to research, develop and execute a fully-integrated strategy that targets the recruitment of new talent to join our culture-focused, team-centric company
  • Oversee The Breakers’ newly established online culture & hiring platform
  • Manage and promote The Breakers’ Internal Recruiting Referrals Incentive Program
  • Write and post captivating, digital job advertisements for:

LinkedIn
Job Boards
Facebook - Careers Page
Assorted Internal & External Applications and Communication Programs

  • Create and execute social media posts and campaigns, while proposing ways to leverage channels
  • Work with Marketing to create fresh and inventive collateral (flyers, referral cards, advertisements etc.)
  • Continue to increase awareness by assisting with the development of The Breakers’ employment brand

Requirements:

  • Minimum three-years of communications/public relations experience internally or with an external agency
  • Experience developing larger social media campaigns and fully-integrated strategies to drive results
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as precise editing and proofing skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing and creation a plus
