Community Programming and Outreach Specialist (Public Library) Job at Huntingdon County Library

This is a permanent, part-time (approximately 20 to 25 hours per week) position responsible for providing programming and library services for adults, including book clubs, summer reading programs and special events. Programming includes both in-library and community-outreach programs. Must be able to drive the library's outreach Jeep and have a clean driving record.

This position must play a leadership role in modeling the highest standards of public and customer service and be an active member of the library’s programming team. Past experience working with diverse and special populations is preferred. Clearances are required. May require some evening and weekend hours.
