What We Need for this Role

• Concrete construction experience is required
• Candidates who have concrete, block wall and/or foundation structural experience are preferred
• Ability to lead a team to properly, safely and efficiently complete the job
• Candidate must have good communication skills, and must be able to talk to customers
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record is required
• Unrestricted lifting ability
• Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
• Ability to work overtime if needed
