CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS VALID CONSTRUCTION QUALITY MANAGEMENT FOR CONTRACTORS CERTIFICATE

Federal contractor seeks applicants for full-time Quality Control Manager (QCM) for construction projects in and around Fort Detrick, MD. The scope of work varies from project to project, but includes but is not limited to Architectural, civil, structural, and MEP.

Qualification:

- at least 2 years experience as a QC Manager for a prime contractor or a minimum of 5 years combined experience in the following positions: Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer or Construction Manager on projects ranging from $500k-$5,000,000.00.

-Shall have completed course "Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors" and possess a valid certificate of completion from an accredited course NAVFAC/USACE approved.

Responsibilities:

-Draft Construction Quality Control Plans

-Review all submittals

-Review all plans and specs

-Perform inspections

-conduct testing and drafting of reports.

-Schedule and conduct prepatory meetings

-Perform all Quality Control features required per the specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
