Assistant Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a Full Time Assistant Construction Manager to join our team. The Assistant Project Manager will assist our Construction Department in organizing, controlling, and monitoring all activities associated with building construction projects. The ideal candidate must be able to take direction and work well in a team environment.
Qualifications for an Assistant Project Manager Include:
- 1-2 years of experience with construction projects
- Read construction documents, analyze and interpret building codes
- Coordinate with municipalities, suppliers, contractors, customers, and internal team members to discuss and document requirements/changes. Address concerns and provide timely project updates.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft programs, EXCEL, Yardi)
Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding and knowledge of the full scope of new construction and property improvement projects, throughout Spokane and Northern Idaho.
- Prepare all invoices for payment
- Prepare and Maintain a Schedule of Values for all subcontracted work
- Support project management in preparation for meetings with Sr management and other vendors as needed.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, change orders, billing and prepare orders.
- Collaborate with Construction department to plan and develop project schedules.
Full Time Monday thru Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Pay $26.00-$30.00 per hour DOE
