- Develop and implement processes resulting in self-sustaining continuous improvement capability
- Conduct structured problem solving with team and develop solutions for improved performance
- Assist and/or lead trainings on the manufacturing process and continuous improvement with operators
- Develop and implement processes resulting in self-sustaining continuous improvement capabilities
- Assist operations with the statistical process as they relate to the specific process areas
- Assist and/or lead troubleshooting efforts with operators when systems are down or there is deviation from processes
- Develop the content, train, review and assist with implementation of continuous improvement tools and kaizen action plans
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient personal computer skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
- Understanding of manufacturing best practices
- Maintenance background helpful but not required
