Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for Rock Star Culinary and Hospitality Team Members at our Houghton University location who share our passion for Food and Service. • Station Cook: Prepare and present DELICIOUS meals and IMPRESSIVE presentations following our Executive Chef Menus. Ability to inventory and portion ingredients. Additionally, assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Experience in a busy setting would be ideal but willing to train the right person with a passion for food.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This can be full or part-time and provides very flexible schedules. Hospitality experience is desired and a SMILE is required!

Requirements:

• Experience desired but we are willing to train candidates with a passion for food and understands the basics
• Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning
• Be willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed
